Hi, my name’s Duncan — a Melbourne Mac specialist since 2009.
I’ve been elbow deep in Macs since high school; working as an Apple tech support specialist since 1995.
After beginning my career at Apple Resellers as a hardware repair technician and software support consultant, I went out on my own in 2009 with Mac Zen. I now run Mac Zen from home in Reservoir in Melbourne’s inner-north, providing Mac-specific technical support to businesses and individuals.
When you contact Mac Zen, you get one person: me. Someone you can actually talk to, who remembers your setup and genuinely cares about solving your problems – that’s my business.
My mission is to provide trustworthy, honest tech support across every aspect of your computing setup at the office, at home, or on the run.
